Conditions for the buyer

As the owner, i.e. the seller, covers all costs through a brokerage agreement, no costs are incurred by the purchaser. All services offered by our company and relating to 

• completing a contract of sale
• financial assistance

are provided free of charge.

There is an additional cost:
if the buyer requires additional clarification from a lawyer or tradesman, and this needs to be discussed in advance.
