Miscellaneous

This concerns a contingent fee which becomes due with public notarization only. Therein included all services and costs of Fleischmann AG.

Fleischmann is also entitled to a refund of any third-party costs incurred, in particular relating to advertising costs, other costs and external services. These expenses are individually fixed and budgeted. 

In respect of commission, VAT is also added to the agreed sum and currently stands at 7.6 %.
